Dear Readers,
As you know I’m one of Panasonics new Intelligentliving mums. Four next meet up Panasonic is showing us the world of combination
ovens and other home appliances. Therefore they like us to decide on which
challenge they’ll demonstrate for us.
Each of the challenges have been
designed with busy mums in mind so please could you let me know which one you
would prefer to know about?
· Cook a meat sauce
in 20 minutes in one stage in a microwave, and turn it into a spaghetti
Bolognese or chilli con carne
· Produce a golden,
succulent roast chicken in a combination microwave oven in 40 minutes,
giving you a time saving of 50 minutes and no preheat!
· Bake chocolate
brownies in a metal tin in 20 minutes, including microwave in
the cooking mode
Thank you! I’ll be popping on an amazing quick
brownie recipe in the next couple of days which is great to make with kids and
also great at this time of year!

To be honest I would be interested in all of them as that is the kind of thing I would do on a Sunday, get a big batch of bolognese sauce early-ish in the day (one ready for the week ahead and one to freeze). Then roast a chicken and make a nice dessert (probably dessert first). All in one day, so it would be good to know whether a combination oven can cope with all of that in the space of a few hours.
And, let's face it, it might be interesting to see how it heats up milk as that is the most common use ;)
