Have you heard of Almond Breeze yet? Well being a dairy and gluten free house I’d heard of it but hadn’t yet tried it and I have to say I was rather amazed as its more dairy tasting then anything yet we’ve tried. Heres my entry for their competition with Foodies 100. Unfortunately there isn’t a photo as with 2 boys and an extra grown up one on the house anything made which is yummy disappears instantly!
Peach & Raspberry
(Gluten & Dairy free)
1 cup of Almond Breeze milk
1 peach; pitted, peeled, and quartered (I cheated and used tinned peaches)
1 cup raspberries
1 small cup of coconut milk
1 cup fresh lemonade
½ cup crushed ice
Add all ingredients except ice to blender. Blend until very smooth. Add ice , blend again until creamy. Serve with feet up and a straw!
